About

Supergrow

SuperGrow is a LinkedIn content platform for individuals, teams, and agencies. It helps people turn what they know into posts that sound like them, then schedule, track, and manage that content in one place. Teams can also run approvals and manage many voices from one dashboard.

Most of SuperGrow’s growth comes from strong organic reach and word of mouth. Over time the product has moved further into the enterprise market, where larger teams look at a product more closely before they buy.

The challenge

Utsav, the co-founder of SuperGrow, reached out to us on LinkedIn with a clear ask. He wanted to redesign the entire website, with new messaging, new positioning, and fresh creative visuals, all together.

SuperGrow already had something many companies wait years for. People knew the product and talked about it. The next step was to make sure the website did that attention justice, so that more of the people who arrived became paid users.

The first brief was to use the brand’s primary color across the whole site. Before agreeing on that, we wanted to understand who the site was really speaking to. The pages also had to work for two kinds of buyers: individuals who sign up in minutes, and enterprise teams who take longer to decide.

So the project had a bigger goal than a new look. We wanted to turn the traffic SuperGrow already had into paid users and steady revenue growth.

“We asked for a redesign and got a growth partner. Deven and the UnOptimised team studied how people used our site, kept testing every week, and our paid users grew with it.”

Our approach

We started with research, not design. Before changing a single page, we studied SuperGrow’s ideal customers and how visitors moved through the site today.

A team of designers, copywriters, an analyst, and a strategist worked on the project, and we worked closely with SuperGrow’s own developers. That meant ideas did not sit in a document for months. They went live every week.

Here is how the work was set up.

Website redesign

We rebuilt the core pages of the site: the home page, product pages, solutions, resources, pricing, and the blog. Each page got new messaging, clearer positioning, and fresh visuals.

We began with research on SuperGrow’s ideal customers, so the copy spoke to what they cared about and not what the team assumed. For color, the first plan was to use the primary color everywhere. Our research showed we could do more. Color can set the mood of a page and make it feel closer to the person reading it. So we suggested testing it page by page instead of picking one answer for the whole site.

Onboarding and demos

Once the website was bringing the right people in, we looked at what happened after the click. We worked on SuperGrow’s onboarding and on the demo experience, because that is where interest turns into real use.

We looked at the first steps a new user takes and the way a demo shows the product to a bigger team. The goal was simple: help people see the value sooner and feel confident enough to stay. Over time, more customers kept using the product.

Weekly testing with the SuperGrow team

After the redesign went live, we turned the project into a year long partnership. We used PostHog to see what visitors did on each page, and Microsoft Clarity to watch session recordings of how they did it.

Every week followed the same loop. We looked at the data, picked one change to a layout or a piece of content, shipped it with SuperGrow’s developers, and checked the result. If it helped, we kept it. If it did not, we dropped it and moved on to the next idea.

Results

Within the first 6 months, SuperGrow crossed 1,200 paid users, including some big enterprise deals.

1,200+ paid users in under 6 months

SuperGrow’s strong organic reach now turns into paid users, from individuals to enterprise teams.

Increased customer retention

A better onboarding and demo experience helped more customers keep using the product over time.

$300K ARR crossed, fully bootstrapped

Product UX improvements and weekly experimentation helped SuperGrow reach $300K ARR even faster.

A redesign usually ends when the new site goes live. For SuperGrow, that was where the real work began. Instead of treating the website as a one time project, we treated it as something that keeps improving.

The new messaging and positioning gave visitors a clearer reason to sign up. Better onboarding helped new users get value sooner. And weekly testing meant each small win was kept and built on, so the gains added up over months.

SuperGrow already had strong organic reach and word of mouth. The work was about making sure that attention turned into paid users, and into the kind of enterprise deals that take a careful buyer.

“We asked for a redesign and got a growth partner. Every change had a reason behind it, and we could see it in the numbers. UnOptimised did a great job for sure.”
