How we helped Chat360 double demo bookings in 2 months and cross an estimated $9M in ARR
Chat360 is an enterprise AI agent platform. Its agents talk to customers on WhatsApp, voice, RCS, and the web, and connect to a company’s own systems to qualify leads, answer questions, and book appointments.
Large brands like Motilal Oswal use Chat360 across industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, automotive, real estate, and education. Chat360 also holds partner badges from Meta, Google, and Microsoft, which tells enterprise buyers it is built to a high standard.
The challenge
Chat360 had a strong product and customers other companies would love to have. But the website looked fine and demos were still not coming in.
Until then, Chat360 ran very little paid media. To grow faster, they wanted to put more money behind ads, and that created a new need. Ads only work when each click lands on a page made for the person who clicked. A bank, a hospital, and a real estate developer all look for different things in an AI agent, but the site spoke to all of them in the same way.
There was also a second problem. Chat360 competes with well known names like Engati and Yellow.ai. Buyers compare these products side by side, so the website had to explain clearly why Chat360 is the better fit.
So the website had to do more than look good. It had to be ready for paid media, with the right message for the right buyer on every page.
“The website looked fine but demos were not coming in. After the revamp we literally doubled our demo bookings without spending more on ads. The messaging finally matched what our buyers were looking for.”

Our approach
Chat360 did not need a prettier website. They needed a website that could turn paid traffic into demos.
So we changed the work into three parts: the message, the pages, and the way ads and pages work together. We worked with Chat360’s marketing and performance teams the whole time, so the pages we built matched the ads they were running.
Here is how we did it.

Positioning against competition
We started by reading how Engati and Yellow.ai describe themselves, and how buyers compare the three. That showed us where Chat360 could say something different, not just louder.
We rebuilt the message around what Chat360 does well: one platform across WhatsApp, voice, RCS, and web, connected to the systems an enterprise already uses. We also made custom visuals in Chat360’s own style, so the site felt like Chat360 and not like every other AI platform.
Pages for each buyer and use case
One page cannot speak to everyone. So we built a full set of pages for specific buyers: voice360, platforms, integrations, use cases, and industries.
Each page has one buyer in mind and one clear action, such as booking a demo or signing up. A bank leader now lands on a page about banking, and a hospital team lands on a page about healthcare. Beyond the redesign, we also worked on landing page optimization, so each page made the next step clear.
These pages also brought in more organic traffic, because each one matched something specific people search for.
Getting ready for paid media
With the pages ready, Chat360 could put paid media to work. We worked with their marketing and performance team to make ad creatives and landing pages that match, so each audience clicked an ad and landed on the page made for them.
Then we watched how people used the pages and improved them. Within 2 months, demo bookings doubled.

Results
We compared Chat360’s demo bookings before and after the new pages went live. Within 2 months, bookings had doubled.
Every page now has one buyer and one clear next step, so more visitors ask for a demo.
Pages for industries, use cases, and integrations match what specific buyers search for.
With pages ready for paid media, Chat360 could grow demos and sign ups with more confidence.
For many SaaS companies, paid media is where growth slows down, because the ads work but the pages do not. Chat360 fixed that first. The pages came before the spend.
Each page now speaks to one buyer. The positioning shows why Chat360 stands apart from Engati and Yellow.ai. And the ads and landing pages are built together, so a click leads somewhere that makes sense.
The result: demo bookings doubled in 2 months. Organic traffic grew too, because the new pages matched what specific buyers search for. And estimated ARR crossed $9M. Chat360’s marketing and performance teams now test new ideas on top of a base that already works, instead of starting from zero each time.
“The messaging finally matched what our buyers were looking for. I highly recommend UnOptimised for PPC landing page and CRO services.”
